Ambulance Service of NSW
Our pastor is the Ambulance Service of NSW Chaplain for the area. This is a voluntary position and is a service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to the Ambulance Service of NSW staff and patients.
Griffith Community Chaplaincy
Our pastor is the Senior Chaplain with the Griffith Community Chaplaincy Service, which is a community assistance programme, largely utilised by the Griffith Base Hospital. Other ministers and laypeople from Griffith are also a part of this ecumenical service. See www.griffithcommunitychaplaincy.com
Schools Religious Education
School Scripture is taught at all local schools, both High and Primary schools. We play our part in this ministry as well.
Bible Study Groups
We currently run three Bible Study Groups. One on Tuesday mornings at 10:15 am in Beelbangera, one on Tuesday nights for the youth in Collina and one on Thursday night at the church.
Prayer meeting
Our weekly prayer meeting is held at the church at 08:00 am Saturday mornings

Rural Partnership: Griffith Baptist Church is in a rural partnership arrangement withThe Entrance and District Baptist Church, on the Central Coast.

Annual Easter Brunch in the park for 2000 kids during the "La Festa" Easter Festival in Griffith
Griffith Christian Churches Association: Our pastor is the secretary of the Griffith Christian Association and our church plays a key role in this organisation, that represents all the Christian Churches of Griffith. See www.griffithchristianchurches.com
Youth Missions
We try to utilise opportunities to get youth involved in short term missions. This is a huge encouragement to young people and a fast-track to spiritual growth.
100 Households for Christ
100 households are visited weekly for eight weeks every year, at which time a gift is left in their postbox every week. The gifts are labelled. At the end of the eight weeks, the team will knock on all the doors and personally hand a copy of the "Jesus" movie, to householders. Our objective is to ultimately reach all the households in Griffith. The giftpacks we use are a combination of the "Road to Redemption" movie and the "Jesus" movie and contains a gospel of Luke as well. These packs were sourced through "Love your Neighbour" ( a division of Tandem Ministries, New Zealand)
Youth and Young Adults
We have a very active youth group for high school students and a young adults group for the over 18's. Our evening youth service is geared towards ministering to these age groups.
